How much does a health screening package cost in Singapore?

Published prices at these four clinics, all including GST, range from S$89 to S$12,685. Entry and mid-range packages are listed between S$89 and about S$700, while packages that add a colonoscopy or more imaging run into the thousands.

The figures below come from each clinic’s own price pages, opened on 18 October 2026. Where a clinic quotes different prices for men and women, the range covers both. Package names and contents change from time to time, so confirm the current test list with the clinic when you book.

Raffles MedicalS$138 to S$12,685Raffles Classic, S$138Signature (formerly Prestige) and Pinnacle (formerly Platinum) are the larger packages

One thing to watch: Healthway’s website still carries an older page with lower package figures quoted before GST. We used the current Core to Ivory list, which states GST is included. If you see two different prices for what looks like the same package, ask the clinic which list is current.

What changes the price of a health screening package?

The main factors are which tests are included, whether imaging such as ultrasound, X-ray or mammogram is part of the package, whether a colonoscopy is added, and where the screening happens. Separate packages for men and women can also differ in price.

Blood and lab tests only. The lowest-priced packages tend to be lab-based. Fusion Medical’s Executive package (S$390) is described as non-fasting and lab tests only, and Minmed’s COLEMAN package (S$89) is non-fasting.

Imaging and specialist tests. Adding scans pushes the price up. Fusion’s Breast & Women’s Health package (S$1,690), aimed at women aged 40 and over, includes a breast ultrasound or 3D mammogram, pelvic ultrasound, bone densitometry, a hormone profile, an HPV DNA test and six tumour markers. Minmed’s executive packages offer X-ray and scan options at its Paragon, Jewel, Jurong, Woodlands and Bugis locations.

Colonoscopy. Healthway’s Ivory package, at S$4,688 for women and S$4,608 for men, includes a colonoscopy and four diagnostic tests. This is one of the main reasons the larger packages cost several times more than the entry ones.

Setting. Minmed offers home-based screening from S$105 (Anna) to S$350 (Dawn, Male), alongside clinic packages from S$89 to S$469. Home screening can suit people who find it hard to get to a clinic during opening hours.

Which packages do not need fasting?

Several listed packages are non-fasting, including Fusion Medical’s Executive package (S$390), Healthway’s Core package (S$428) and Minmed’s COLEMAN package (S$89). Fasting packages, such as Minmed’s VICTORIA at S$469, need you to fast first, and the clinic will tell you for how long.

Non-fasting packages can be easier to fit around work, but some tests, such as certain blood sugar and cholesterol measures, are usually part of fasting packages. If you are unsure which suits you, ask the clinic or your GP before booking.

Can I pay with MediSave or a subsidy?

Generally not for a basic package. Fusion Medical’s site says MediSave covers screening mammograms and colonoscopies for citizens and PRs aged 50 and over, but not basic health screening. Confirm your own case with CPF, HealthHub or the clinic before you book.

For eligible Singaporeans, Minmed says screening under Screen for Life costs S$5 or less. Minmed also says its clinics are registered for CHAS and accredited for Healthier SG. Check your eligibility on HealthHub, as the scheme rules are set by the government, not by individual clinics.

A MoneySmart cost guide says public hospital health screening packages are not subsidised. We have not yet confirmed this with the Ministry of Health, so treat it as a point to check. If your employer offers screening, ask HR first: Minmed, for example, runs corporate screening and the Ministry of Education staff health screening programme.

How do I choose a health screening clinic?

Start with what you want checked, then compare the tests in each package, whether the price includes GST, whether you need to fast, where and when the clinic is open, and how your results are explained. Check the doctor and clinic on official registers too.

  • Check registers. Look up the doctor on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic’s licence with the Ministry of Health.
  • Compare the test list, not the package name. Two packages at similar prices can include very different tests and imaging.
  • Confirm GST. Every price on this page includes GST, but older pages on clinic websites may not.
  • Ask how results are reviewed. Minmed offers a free results review by teleconsult or at selected clinics. Fusion Medical’s women’s packages include a doctor’s consultation, a report and a review after screening.
  • Check location and hours. Fusion’s Wheelock Place clinic opens on Saturday mornings; its one-north clinic is weekdays only. Healthway has three centres in the city, and Minmed offers home screening.
  • Think about personal preferences. Fusion Medical says its women’s health packages are run by female doctors, with mammogram, ultrasound and X-ray done in the clinic. Healthway screens in private pods.

How did we put this list together?

Each clinic had to publish health screening package prices on its own website, with GST stated. We opened every page on 18 October 2026 and used only what those pages say. Clinics are listed A to Z, with no scores, ratings or ranking of any kind.

We have not yet checked individual doctors on the Singapore Medical Council register or clinic licences in the Ministry of Health directory, so please do this yourself before booking. Public hospitals and other private groups also sell health screening packages. We will add them once we have checked their own websites and prices. Prices change, so the date each price was checked is shown with every listing.
