How did we rank these coworking spaces?

We favoured operators that publish monthly prices for each plan, offer more than one location or a clear reason to choose a single site, give members 24/7 access, and let you move between hot desk, dedicated desk and private office as a team grows.

  • Price transparency: published monthly prices for hot desks and other plans.
  • Locations: number of Singapore sites and where they are.
  • Access: business hours only, or 24/7 for members.
  • Flexibility: day passes, virtual offices and private offices under one operator.

How much does a coworking space cost in Singapore?

Published hot desk prices on this list run from S$165 a month (Servcorp, business hours only) to S$439 (WeWork, month to month). Dedicated desks range from S$480 to S$800 a month. Private offices are usually priced per person or on enquiry.

Read the small print. JustCo marks its S$280 price as before tax. WeWork shows a lower monthly rate (S$374) alongside its standard S$439. Servcorp’s S$165 hot desk covers business hours, while its dedicated desk includes 24/7 access. Meeting room credits, printing, lockers and mail handling vary between operators, and a virtual office plan (from S$48 at The Working Capitol) is a cheaper route if you only need a business address.

Hot desk, dedicated desk or private office: which do I need?

A hot desk suits freelancers who come in a few days a week and do not need storage. A dedicated desk gives you the same seat and lockable storage. A private office suits teams that need closed-door calls, their own signage or room to grow.

Try before you commit. WeWork sells day passes from S$50, and Servcorp has a pay-as-you-go plan at S$75 a month. Visit at the time of day you would normally work, check phone booth availability and test the Wi-Fi.

Why is each coworking operator on the list?

Each write-up explains what the operator publishes and who it suits. Positions reflect our judgement against the criteria above.

What coworking plans are there, and what do they cost?

Coworking operators in Singapore sell four main plans. A day pass gets you a seat for one day; a hot desk is a monthly membership for any free seat; a dedicated desk is your own fixed desk; and a private office is a lockable room for a team. Published prices from the operators on this list, checked on 27 October 2026:
