Prices in the list come from each firm’s own website and were checked on 26 October 2026. Where a firm shows different figures on different pages, we say so.

How did we choose these cleaning services?
We looked for firms whose own websites state what is included, what it costs and who does the work. We favoured published prices, clear minimum hours and fees, stated insurance or employment terms, and specialist services such as post-renovation cleaning.
- Published prices: hourly rates, minimum session lengths and extra fees shown on the firm’s own site. Firms without prices are marked “Price on enquiry”.
- Who does the work: whether cleaners are the firm’s own employees or crews, or booked through a platform.
- Insurance and employment: stated insurance, WICA cover or employment in line with MOM rules.
- Range of services: regular, deep, move-in/out, post-renovation and office cleaning.
- Singapore focus: firms whose pages are written for Singapore customers and kept up to date.
We did not use star ratings, review counts or customer quotes from the firms’ own sites, and we left out firms whose pages appeared to be written for another country or had not been updated in years. Licence claims are the firms’ own statements unless we say otherwise.
How much do cleaning services cost in Singapore?
Published rates for part-time home cleaning in Singapore run from about S$16 to S$27 an hour, with regular weekly bookings usually cheaper than one-off visits. Deep cleans start at around S$270 to S$350, and move-in or move-out cleans at around S$300.
The table shows published prices from each firm’s own website, checked on 26 October 2026. GST is only mentioned where the firm states it.
| Firm | Regular clean | One-time clean | Deep clean | Move-out or post-renovation |

Hourly rates are only part of the bill. Helpling adds a service fee of S$3.90 for recurring bookings and S$4.35 for one-time bookings, sets a 2.5-hour minimum, charges S$3 an hour more for some time slots and says weekend surcharges may apply. Its own example puts a 3-hour recurring clean at S$66.90. Nimbus Homes adds a S$12 transport charge for Sentosa.
Only Home Cleaning SG states that its prices are before GST. The other firms did not say whether GST is included on the pages we checked, so ask before you compare quotes. Some firms also show different rates on different pages, including Helpling, Nimbus Homes, Sendhelper, Sureclean and Home Cleaning SG. We have used the most specific figure, usually the price table or service page.
What is the difference between a regular clean, a deep clean and a post-renovation clean?
A regular clean is routine upkeep by one cleaner, booked by the hour. A deep clean is a longer, more thorough job, often with full equipment supplied. Move-out and post-renovation cleans are priced by job or home size and usually need a team.
Regular housekeeping keeps a lived-in home tidy. At Nimbus Homes, for example, the cleaner brings basic chemicals and you provide the vacuum and mop, and its cleaners will not work above 2 metres. A deep clean needs more time and kit: Nimbus Homes supplies all equipment for its 3-hour deep clean, and Sendhelper asks for at least a week’s notice for deep cleaning.
Move-out and post-renovation cleans are the largest jobs. Helpling sends a team of 2 to 4 for move-out cleans and prices them by square footage, Sendhelper says a move-out clean takes 3 to 8 hours, and Sureclean uses teams of 3 to 4 for post-renovation work. Luce brings all materials and equipment for post-renovation cleans, and CleanQ uses a floor scrubber machine.
Does a cleaning company need an NEA licence?
Not for cleaning private homes. NEA says domestic cleaning inside a private home does not need a cleaning business licence, but cleaning offices, carpets, upholstery and condo common areas does. If you hire a firm for those jobs, check its licence first.
Since 1 January 2024, NEA has issued cleaning business licences in classes. Class 1 and Class 2 require bizSAFE Level 3 and a minimum paid-up capital, which is S$25,000 for Class 2. Class 3 is a two-year transitional tier that cannot be renewed. The licence fee is S$180 from 1 April 2026.
You can look up any firm on NEA’s licence enquiry page. NEA’s enhanced training requirement does not cover cleaners who only clean homes. In our list, Sureclean says it holds an NEA Class 3 licence and Axgee Cleaning describes itself as a licensed company. We have not yet checked either claim against NEA’s register, so do so before booking commercial or upholstery work.
What should you check before booking a cleaner?
Check the full price including service fees, minimum hours, surcharges and GST, what equipment you must supply, whether the same cleaner returns, and who is liable if something breaks. For office, carpet or upholstery work, also check the NEA licence.
- The full price: hourly rate, service fee, minimum hours, time-slot or weekend surcharges, transport charges and GST.
- Equipment: whether you need to supply a vacuum, mop or cleaning products.
- Continuity: whether the same cleaner comes each week. Sendhelper offers this, and Home Cleaning SG does where a cleaner is available.
- Insurance and employment: whether cleaners are employed by the firm or booked through a platform, and what insurance covers damage or injury.
- Satisfaction terms: whether a free re-clean is offered, as with Sureclean’s Happiness Guarantee.
- Licence: for offices, carpets, upholstery or condo common areas, look the firm up on NEA’s licence enquiry page.
What do people ask about cleaning services in Singapore?
Most questions are about hourly rates, equipment, licences and whether you keep the same cleaner. The answers below use the firms’ own published terms and NEA guidance, checked on 26 October 2026.
How much does a part-time cleaner cost per hour in Singapore?
On the firms’ own websites, part-time home cleaning costs about S$16 to S$27 an hour, with regular weekly rates mostly between S$18 and S$25 an hour. Check minimum hours, service fees and GST, which can add to each visit.
Do I need to provide a vacuum, mop or cleaning products?
It depends on the firm and the service. For Nimbus Homes housekeeping, the cleaner brings basic chemicals and you provide the vacuum and mop, while its deep cleans include all equipment. Helpling’s Prestige tier includes cleaning liquids, and Luce brings all materials for post-renovation cleans.
Does a home cleaning company need an NEA licence?
No, not for cleaning inside a private home, according to NEA. A licence is needed for cleaning offices, carpets, upholstery and condo common areas. You can check a firm on NEA’s licence enquiry page before booking that kind of work.
Can I keep the same cleaner every week?
Some firms offer this. Sendhelper gives you the same helper every week with no contract, and Home Cleaning SG keeps the same cleaner for recurring customers where one is available. Ask about this before signing up for a recurring plan.
Are cleaning prices quoted before or after GST?
It varies. Home Cleaning SG states that all its prices are before GST. The other firms on this page did not state GST treatment on the pages we checked, so ask for a quote that shows the final amount, including any service fee, minimum hours and weekend surcharges.
