About Purple Sage
Purple Sage has been catering in Singapore since 2002 and describes itself as a boutique caterer. Its range covers buffets, canapés, high tea, premium bento, seminar packages, weddings, Western and Chinese sit-down meals, and live stations run by chefs in front of guests. Mini buffets serve up to 10 or 15 guests, and halal catering runs under its separate brand, CaterSage.
Its site lists World Gourmet Summit Caterer of the Year 2019 and a Hall of Fame entry at the World Gourmet Awards 2021. It uses a food waste recycling system and biodegradable packaging.
