About National Skin Centre
The National Skin Centre is a public specialist skin centre under the National Healthcare Group. Its Eczema Unit started in August 2008 and runs on Monday afternoons for adults with moderate to severe eczema, led by Dr Yew Yik Weng. NSC saw more than 14,000 new eczema cases in FY2023.
It suits adults whose eczema has not settled with first-line care and who want subsidised specialist treatment. Subsidised appointments generally need a referral from a polyclinic or GP, so check the referral route before booking.
