About Keong Saik Bakery
Keong Saik Bakery was founded in 2017 in a shophouse on Keong Saik Road, under the tagline 'Heritage With A Twist': local flavours made with modern pastry methods. Its range includes croissants, kouign-amann, Danish pastries, shokupan (Japanese milk bread) and cakes, and the whole menu is free of pork and lard. The bakery says it is not MUIS halal-certified.
Its main shop is in the Luzerne Building on Bendemeer Road, with a second shop at Chip Bee Gardens. It delivers across Singapore with two days' notice and caters for offices from 20 people.
